Office Team

I have been a registered nurse for over 30 years, having graduated with my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Mt. Mercy College.

I started my nursing career working on a variety of inpatient medical units but always with a passion for mental health care. I transitioned full-time to mental health 13 years ago. I have experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings and come with a wealth of knowledge in diagnosis and medication education, as well as symptom management and coping skills. I look forward to getting to know and assisting all of the Eastern Iowa Psychiatric Services PC patients.

As office manager, it is my focus to support all the needs of the practice’s care team, which includes the office, nurse, practitioners, and patients.

It is my goal to use my administrative skills to ensure all patients receive the highest quality, most efficient care.

I am a native of Marion and have spent the last 20 years working in a public school environment. My professional experience started in a special education classroom assisting staff support the educational needs of students with special needs. I then moved to an intermediate school secretary and transitioned to the Administrative Assistant to the Superintendent for the District, where I have spent the majority of my years of service.

At Eastern Iowa Psychiatric Services PC, our patients are our number one priority. We have access to a variety of resources and tools in our learning center to help support any need you may have.
